Finley's Birthday Party at School

Finley had another wonderful party at school last week. We brought yummy mini cupcakes and blueberries to share with her class during snack time. She had so much fun and absolutely loves her school and her teachers. She is thriving! We are so lucky to have an excellent school for Finley right on campus with me, I couldn't ask for anything more...

Happy Birthday to You!

I can't believe that our baby is one today!! The time has gone by so fast. We started Finley's 1st birthday festivities early with a party at my parent's house this past weekend.

Never gets old...

Finley's favorite game is hiding behind the door and then jumping out and surprising us. We play this game over and over again before bedtime - seeing her smile and hearing her giggle never gets old...

She also learned how to climb up in her chair and sit like a big girl all by herself...

Ft. Worth Stock Show

We visited the Ft. Worth Stock Show today and what an absolutely beautiful day it was. Finley had so much fun looking at all of the animals and all of the other fun things. We visited the Children's Barnyard and the Petting Zoo where we saw some baby pigs, baby goats, chicks, rabbits, ducks and even a big turkey. We walked around the exhibits and Finley's favorite place was the Mueller Building booth because it had turf that we let her run around on. She made friends with all of the sales reps and they were nice enough the let her play there for while. Afterward, we all went to Stockyards for a yummy dinner at the Lonesome Dove.

If you can't tell, Finley thinks she is too big for her stoller now, she thinks she should walk everywhere!
