Baby Photos
We had pictures with Abby last week. I had originally wanted to just get pictures of the girls together, but Finley wasn't being very cooperative that morning. Abby got some cute shots of Brandon and Finley while I was feeding the baby. Notice they have on matching outfits! Finley wanted to dress like daddy that day and we were so tired, we didn't argue with her. Poor Mimi and Momo buy her all these beautiful clothes and we get her pictures taken in a gray t-shirt and blue jeans! Here are a few proofs and you can also go to her website to see all of them...

Ellis Grace
I have been trying to update our blog since we came home from the hospital, but miss Ellis wants to be held all the time. When I do get a minute, I decided it would be best for me to eat something or take a shower. Well, tonight, she has decided she likes her bouncy seat for a few minutes. We'll see how long she lasts!
Ellis Grace Starr was born on Saturday, March 13th at 12:33 pm. She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and was 19 3/4 in. I started having contractions while we were out to dinner for my sister's birthday on Friday night. I shouldn't have told anyone, because all night everyone was staring at me and then would ask, "Are you having another one? How long was that one?". We came home and got everything ready, put Finley to bed and waited until my contractions were closer together. We ended up at the hospital around 12:30 that night. My sister stayed at our house with Finley and Braden. Ellis took her sweet time, we were up all night. She finally made her arrival at 12:33 on Saturday. Everything went great, couldn't have asked for a better delivery. We stayed at the hospital until Monday. Brandon's cousin Henry and his wife Kacy were there the same time we were. They welcomed their little girl, Wynn, on Friday so it was fun to be just down the hall from them.
Things have been going really well. Finley is very interested in Baby Ellis and wants to play with her all the time. She doesn't quite understand why she can't carry Baby Ellis around like her baby dolls so she gets a little frustrated. Overall, she is a great big sister! My mom and sister were a huge help with Finley last week since we were on spring break. Finley had so much fun with her cousin Braden. Aunt GG and Momo were also a big help while Finley was out of school last week. Don't know what we would have done without everyone's help. We really appreciate everything!

Finley's 2nd Birthday
Well, it seems like just yesterday when I was saying I can't believe our baby is one, now I really can't believe she is two! This past year has flown by! We had a party for Finley at our house with family and a few friends. We had yummy Elmo cake and cupcakes (thanks Momo) and Finley got lots of fun presents. Hope this next year slows down a little bit!

Blizzard!
Here are some pics from the blizzard we had in February. Unfortunately, Finley was sick during these couple days so we didn't get to enjoy the snow. The only time we got out was to visit the doctor. We did manage to sneak some of the snow inside and let Finley play with it in her bathtub!
Ft. Worth Stock Show
We visited the Ft. Worth Stock Show in January with Mimi, Poppy, Issy and Braden. Finley had so much fun running around seeing all of the animals. Afterward, we had a yummy dinner and Joe T's!
